Returns & Exchanges

At CAPICHE CAPS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your headwear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the cap securely in its original box to prevent crushing during transit and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned headwear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
